Universal Sanctuary – Participation Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver

By attending any Universal Sanctuary event, retreat, or associated activity as a participant, presenter, performer, healer, reader, stallholder, contractor, volunteer, or staff member, you voluntarily agree to release and hold harmless Universal Sanctuary, Deanne Louise Moulden, and her representatives, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injury, death, property damage, or loss of income connected to your involvement in these offerings.

II. Personal Responsibility & Disclaimer
You acknowledge and accept full personal responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing while participating in any Universal Sanctuary event or retreat. All outcomes and decisions remain solely your responsibility. You agree to exercise personal judgment and discretion before acting on any guidance or information received. Nothing shared during events should replace professional financial, medical, or mental health advice. You also agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all other attendees.

III. Code of Conduct & Disclosure
Participation in any Universal Sanctuary experience indicates your agreement to adhere to guidelines and expectations as outlined by Universal Sanctuary, its representatives, and Deanne Louise Moulden. You agree to take full responsibility for your actions and to disclose any relevant health conditions that could impact your safety or experience.

IV. Media Consent
You acknowledge that photographs or video may be taken during events and give permission for your image to be used in future promotional materials by Universal Sanctuary. Individuals will not be personally tagged or identified without prior consent. While efforts are made to respect privacy, we cannot guarantee exclusion from group or background imagery. Please take personal steps if you prefer not to be recorded.

V. Venue & Safety Acknowledgement
You understand that retreat and event venues may include uneven ground, natural terrain, limited lighting, and environmental risks (e.g., falling branches, debris). You release Universal Sanctuary and Deanne Louise Moulden from liability relating to such conditions or equipment failure. Participation is at your own risk, including unforeseen incidents caused by natural elements or location-specific factors.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final. Universal Sanctuary maintains a strict no-refund policy for changes of mind, illness, delays, flight cancellations, or external interruptions (including government restrictions or pandemics). Costs are committed in advance for accommodation, venues, staff, transport, and services.

Tickets are transferrable to another person with prior notice; an administration fee may apply.

By purchasing a ticket to any Universal Sanctuary event or retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and the liability waiver in full.
